कापुस कोंड्याची गोष्ट: My quick take Netflix series ‘Who killed Sara?’

This ever ‘elongating’ web series reminded me of two things a) कापुस कोंड्याची गोष्ट b) poem about a ‘crooked man’.

कापुस कोंड्याची गोष्ट because the plot never ceased to surprise the audience with twists, it was like n number of permutations to prove the obvious murderer is innocent and the needle of suspicion points to someone else. It took 3 seasons with nearly 30 episodes to find out ‘who killed Sara?’. Like the proverbial ‘amoebic’ movement the plot simply goes haywire.

Secondly, like the crooked man, we have a crooked family where everyone is a crooked (ठरक़ी). This family had framed an innocent boy Alex and accused him of a crime that he did not commit (killing his sister Sara). After spending his 18 yrs of sentence, he is now hell-bent on finding the real culprit and serving justice himself. (It gives a feeling that Mexico is a police free state, as our hero goes around doing his job as if he is doing a target practice)

It's a Spanish series set in Mexico (dubbed well in English), like all Spanish serials it is filled with a lot of skin show (सारा कुछ दिखाई देगा) hence avoid watching it with kids., or better avoid watching it and save yr time 😁 and mind.
