दबंग कार्टी : My quick take on “who is Erin Carter” (netflix)

Few months back I had reviewed another carter and my title of my take was “नूसत मारामारी करणार कार्ट” and the movie was “Carter”, now this is Erin Carter but mind you she has nothing to do with former carter. But she is a deadly kick-ass character who can go to any extent to protect her near and dear ones.

Kurdhish-Spanish actor Avin Ahmed plays the titular character, she fits the bill perfectly. Series starts with our protagonist running away from London with her young daughter to Barcelona, where she takes up job as a substitute teacher in a school. She suddenly becomes the talk of the town when she is caught in the crossfire of an armed robbery wherein she kills a masked robber. After this event her life takes a turn on it's head and the thrill in the series becomes interesting. Who is Erin Carter? A protective mother? A undercover cop? A shady criminal hiding her past? Why she is on run? To get answers to these questions you may have to invest in 7 episodes.

What I loved in the series is the ‘raw action’ , secondly the plot is set in beautiful Barcelona. Though it claims to be a ‘limited series’, in my view second season is possible. If you love thrill, raw action & drama then find out who is this dabang Erin Carter 😉.
